I am a product designer currently located in the San Francisco Bay Area, California working on the Enterprise Content Platforms Design Team at The Walt Disney Company. Prior to this, I was a professional web, graphic, and visual designer for a variety of different companies such as Minted, eBay, and hireEZ (previously Hiretual). Outside of work, I am a curious learner on a lifelong mission of providing service and value to others in need within my community, my nation, and to the world.
I am passionate about solving complex problems by designing ethical and impactful digital products through collaboration, strategy, and human-centered design decisions. My approach to problem solving stems from a strategic and creative mindset grounded in data-focused user research, balancing both user goals and business objectives to identify the greatest growth opportunities. By analyzing human cognitive behavior through various research models, I advocate for the customer’s journey and bring value to companies by crafting intuitive, functional digital experiences using an iterative, end-to-end design process that synthesizes research, data, stakeholder requirements, and growth business goals.
